About Us

Darren Caughron grew up in Blount County, TN. He attended city of Maryville Schools and graduated from Maryville High School. He went on to graduate from Maryville College in 2000 with a Degree in Business. While attending Lincoln Memorial University Graduate School, he met his wife, Tracy. They both graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a Master in Business Administration. Darren & Tracy married in 2005 and have continued to make Blount County there home. They are the owners of Caughron and Company, a local Outdoor Contractors Business, which Darren started while attending Maryville College.

Building and owning rental property has been a passion of Darren & Tracy’s for a number of years. Being small business owners, they also plan to make the rental income part of their retirement plan. They began purchasing and constructing properties for rental soon after they were married and enjoy continuing to do so to this day. They have enjoyed getting to know the individuals and families that they have rented to over the years.
